Child Labour and Homelessness
Homelessness and child labour are major issues now a days in Pakistan. Both these issues are inter related. According to a UN report about 20 million people are homeless in Pakistan and this number is increasing day by day and same is the case with child labour. Most of the children who work in cities often sleep on footpaths
WHY do I care about that problem as an enterpreneur?
Pakistan is one of the top populous countries and we belive in social norms. I believe that everybody should have own house to live with his family freely and every child should study. Only education can improve the economy of Pakistan.
What are some of the ways you can address problem?
As I am a civil engineer and I want to start my real estate business. I’ll always consider this factor(to provide shelter to people as I could do) and urge investors to do so. A part will be reserved for charity works. eg in school both poor and rich students will study, in servant quarters ,homeless people will live and work there
How working on problem will sustain you your life?
I will develop housing societies where everyone will be allowed to invest and this will surely benefit my construction and real estate companies. In schools, both rich and poor students will study side by side.
How will working on the problem hel people and the society?
It will help them in a way that homeless people will be given homes and child labour monitoring will be easy. because if somehow children have to work ,their working hours will be reduced. Donors will take care of their basic necessities
